The grinder features an adjustable angle guide, allowing you to select the desired grind angle (Angles – 15°, 18°, 22.5° and 30°) for different welding applications.
The grinder is capable of grinding Tungsten Electrodes from sizes 1.0mm to 4.0mm in diameter.
The Length Cutting Function allows for accurate trimming of Tungsten Electrodes to the desired length. Simply align the electrode with the scale on the device. With the device powered on, the grinding wheel will cut to the marked length.
The End Dressing Function allows for meticulous shaping of the Tungsten Electrode’s tip. By carefully removing excess material, this feature helps to optimize arc stability, reduce electrode wear, and improve overall welding quality.
